The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021. This code came into effect in January 2022 and sets out the requirements education providers must meet for the wellbeing and safety of their learners.

Refreshed in 2020, these guides for teachers, leaders and boards of trustees focus strongly on consensual, healthy and respectful relationships as being essential to student wellbeing. Ending Sexual Violence in One Generation: A progress report for the United States. This 2016 report stresses that sexual violence prevention is possible and occurring throughout the US. This report could help guide policy development, evaluation, monitoring and changing student attitudes and behaviours.
